About the Bakers Arms

AboutKate Hubbard has worked at the Bakers Arms for 18 years. In December 2002 she and her husband Tim were given the opportunity to buy the business and have since established a reputation for good food served in a relaxing and comfortable environment.
Their Head Chef, Andy Wilson has been preparing main courses at the Bakers Arms for 11 years providing high quality dishes. He lives locally and has trained and worked in London, Geneva and Munich. The Baker’s Arms high level of consistency can be directly attributed to Andy’s attention to detail.
Jan Bromwich is the Pastry Chef. She lives in the village and has produced home cooked desserts each day for 20 years.
Tom Bushell is our Manager and assists Kate and Tim in all aspects of running the restaurant. He has experience of hosting high-end chalets in Zermatt, Switzerland and villas in Majorca and has good ‘Front of House’ credentials.
